Thank you for shopping with us. Our mission is to deliver fresh, wholesale flowers directly from top farms in Miami, California, and various international locations. This shipping policy outlines how and when we ship our products to ensure quality and reliability.
Shipping Locations
We ship nationwide within the United States and offer international shipping to select countries. Our primary shipping hubs are located in:
- Miami, Florida (U.S. and Latin America imports)
- California (West Coast distribution)
- Partner farms in Colombia, Ecuador, Holland, and other countries
Shipping Days & Cut-Off Times
Orders are processed 24x7. Cut-off times vary per vendor and vary for same-day processing. In some cases it could be anywhere from 9:00 AM EST to 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day for the vendors selected carrier.
Shipping Methods
Our vendors partner with reliable freight carriers including Armellini, LP Transport, Flora Beauty, Florida Cool Express, and specialized floral freight carriers. Shipping methods could also include:
- Overnight and Next Day Delivery (Recommended for fresh flowers)
- 2-Day Shipping
- International Air Cargo (availability may vary by country)
Cold Chain and Packaging
All floral shipments are carefully packed in insulated, temperature-controlled boxes to ensure freshness. Some vendors could use hydration packs or gel coolers as needed depending on distance and flower type.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping speed. Some orders may qualify for bulk shipping discounts. Also delivery to door will depend upon your local freight destination.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions. We recommend placing orders at least 1–2 days before FOB vendor timing and to allow for other contingencies.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed the vendor will receive and put on the necessary freight carrier at the correct FOB day/location for your local freight destination. It would depend upon carriers to submit any tracking links.
